This skill is what is left of a cadre 0.1.x install. Cadre is now Cadrei, and this clone only points to it.

Tell the user, once, that Cadre is now Cadrei and that they install it with:

```sh
brew install rafi-ramdhani/cadrei/cadrei
```

Do nothing else for cadre: do not run `cadre` commands, start or stop sessions, or edit its files.
