## Overview

Your next sale is almost always already in your database. Someone who attended a webinar, replied to an email, asked a question on a post, or downloaded something three weeks ago — they signalled interest and then went quiet. This skill resurfaces those warm signals, identifies the 5 best prospects to re-engage right now, and drafts a personalised follow-up for each one. You review the list and messages before anything goes out.

## When to Use

- You say "surface warm prospects"
- You say "who should I follow up with"
- You say "warm leads"
- You're at the start of a week and want to know where to focus your energy
- You've been heads-down building and lost track of who was in active conversations
- You just ran a webinar, event, or campaign and want to capitalise on the momentum

## How It Works

1. **Define "warm" for this user.** Ask:
   - What offer are we looking for prospects for?
   - What behaviours signal a warm prospect in your world? For example: opened 3+ emails in the last 30 days, replied to any email, commented on a post, attended a webinar or event, asked a question in a community, requested pricing, booked and cancelled, or said "not yet" in a previous conversation.
   - Which platform holds your leads? (Email list, LinkedIn connections, CRM, community platform — or a combination)

2. **Access the data source.** Connect to the user's specified platform (email platform, CRM, LinkedIn, community tool) and scan for activity matching the warm signals defined above. Look at: last 30–45 days of activity, recency of engagement, depth of engagement (one click vs. replied to an email vs. asked a question).

3. **Surface 5 warm prospects.** For each person, show:
   - **Name and role/company**
   - **Where they showed up** — the specific signal (e.g., "Opened 4 of your last 5 emails, clicked the pricing link twice")
   - **Last meaningful interaction** — date and what it was
   - **Why they're warm** — a one-sentence assessment of their buying intent based on behaviour
   - **Proposed follow-up approach** — the tone and angle that makes sense given their signal

4. **Draft a personalised follow-up for each.** The follow-up should:
   - Reference the specific thing they did — do NOT write a generic "just checking in" email
   - Be short — 3–5 sentences max
   - Ask one low-friction question to restart the conversation
   - Have a subject line (if email) that references context they'll recognise
   - Feel human, not automated

5. **Present the list in chat.** Show all 5 prospects with their signal summary and their draft follow-up message. Let the user review, edit, or remove any. Then ask:

*"Should I follow up directly? Say 'yes, send all', name specific people to send to, or edit any message before I proceed."*

6. **Do not act until confirmed.** Only send or draft the outreach once the user has explicitly approved.

## What the Agent Needs From You

- **Your current offer** — what are you selling or promoting?
- **Your definition of "warm"** — which behaviours signal interest in your world?
- **Your lead data source** — which platform or CRM holds your contacts?
- **Platform access** — connected integrations for the email tool, CRM, or LinkedIn

## Output

In chat first:
- A list of 5 warm prospects with their engagement signals and readiness assessment
- A personalised follow-up draft for each

On approval:
- Follow-up messages sent or drafted via the connected platform
- Confirmation of sends in chat
