# SIFAP modernization context
Ground SIFAP work in repository evidence while keeping reusable modernization procedures in their
own general-purpose skills.
## When to invoke
- "Load the SIFAP modernization context."

## Context loading
Read only the references needed for the current task:

## Evidence boundaries
- Read the cited Natural member, DDM, FDT, JCL, map, copycode, or generated artifact before making
a claim about SIFAP behavior.
- Distinguish observed behavior, inferred intent, confirmed requirement, and greenfield decision.
- Keep legacy source read-only unless the user explicitly requests a legacy patch.
- Do not invent unavailable files, line ranges, field meanings, counts, metrics, branches, or CI
results.
- When the expected workshop repository layout is absent, report the missing path and continue only
with facts available in the actual target repository.
