Eight creators write prompts, one per schematic (callout, heredoc, yaml, nt, xml, polyglot, alarm, polyalarm), each pinned to its shape and asking twelve questions. This skill is the door in front of them: it asks the three choices that pick the creator and shape the body, the schematic, the semantic-schema families and the forms, and hands them over as known slots, so the creator asks only what is still open and never asks a slot twice across the hand-off (LAW.ASK.1, LAW.SCHEMA.10).

<process>
1. Walk the argument string once (LAW.ARGS.1, LAW.ARGS.2): <quoted trust="cdata" source="user-args">$ARGUMENTS</quoted> gives the flags and the purpose; render the walk under `args`. This is a create- skill, so round one always runs (LAW.ASK.10).
2. Round 1 of 3: ask ASK.SCHEMATIC.1 (select), ASK.SCHEMATIC.2 (select), ASK.SCHEMA.1 (the families, check) and ASK.SCHEMA.2 (which of them, select) as one AskUserQuestion call; render the round with the variant beside each question (LAW.ASK.13).
3. Present the gate; on more, round 2 of 3 with ASK.FORM.1 and ASK.FORM.2 (check) and ASK.ROUTE.1 (elaborate: each purpose elaborated before the ask); on add or impactful, take the answer and present the gate again; on start, proceed with every unasked question at its first option, listed under Assumptions Made.
