Levels
  lite   stash only when asked or at task end
  full   stash after every investigation, point at handles, never repeat
  ultra  stash everything non-trivial, replies are handle + 3 lines
  off    dormant

Trust    type       finding | decision | note | failed-approach | workaround
         confidence unknown | unverified | verified   (default: unverified)
         freshness  current | possibly-stale | needs-review | unknown
         possibly-stale means a cited file MOVED, not that the finding is wrong
