# MCP Registry Monitoring Guide

MCP Notify monitors the official MCP Registry and alerts you when servers are added, updated, or removed. Stay on top of the MCP ecosystem without manual checking.

MCP Notify itself runs as an MCP server, so AI agents can query registry changes:
