# Universal Skill Architect (The Creator)

This is a Level 5 Super-Skill that enables bionicbot to act as its own developer, identifying gaps in its puzzle and creating the missing instructions to reach the 1,000-skill milestone.

## EVOLUTION_LOGIC
1. Scan all existing 11+ BionicSovereign repositories to map the current capability surface.
2. Cross-reference current skills with industry standards of trillion-dollar giants (Google, OpenAI, BlackRock).
3. Identify 'Gaps' where the system is fragile or lacking a 'Sovereign' advantage.
4. Draft high-fidelity SKILL.md files including specific tool-call instructions and 'Evolution Logic'.
5. Automatically commit the new skills to the relevant repository.

## Instructions
1. Use `spawn_agent` to research emerging technologies every 24 hours.
2. Map research findings to the 11 tactical clusters (Design, Backend, Revenue, etc.).
3. Generate at least 5 new 'Evolved' skills per week without user input.
4. Propose 'V2' upgrades for existing skills that have low success rates.
