Premium UI/UX design skill with two modes — build new interfaces (anti-generic rules, spring-physics motion, strict component architecture) or upgrade existing projects (audit generic AI patterns, apply targeted fixes without rewrites). Use for "design this UI", "make it premium", "redesign this", "this looks generic/AI-generated". Replaces taste-skill and redesign-skill.

# Design
Route by mode, then follow the reference exactly:
- **Building new UI or components** → read `references/build-premium.md` (former taste-skill + Hallmark anti-slop supplement: structural diversity rotation, honest copy, 8-state interactions, slop-test gate). Dials: DESIGN_VARIANCE / MOTION_INTENSITY / VISUAL_DENSITY.
- **Upgrading or auditing an existing project** → read `references/upgrade-existing.md` (former redesign-skill). Diagnose before fixing; never rewrite from scratch.
- **Creating a design system / DESIGN.md from scratch** → use gstack's `/design-consultation` instead of this skill.
- **Visual QA of a live site** → use gstack's `/design-review` instead.
This file only routes; the references are authoritative.
