| Error | Cause | Solution |
|-------|-------|----------|
| `BAD_DATA_FORMAT` | Invalid ENML | Use wrapInENML helper, validate content |

| `DATA_REQUIRED` | Missing title or content | Validate inputs before API call |
| `INVALID_USER` | Token expired | Re-authenticate user |
