TASK: replace one file with a prepared copy, then delete the source it was merged from.

Context: the cli-jev hub is merging into the cli-classifier hub as mode cli-jev. The prepared SKILL.md was written to sk-doc's skill template and already merges both hubs' routing contract, so this step is a byte-for-byte copy, not an edit.
