1. **Identify Communication Type**
   - 3P updates (Progress, Plans, Problems)

2. **Follow Format Guidelines**
   - 3P Updates: Progress (what's done), Plans (what's next), Problems (blockers)
   - Newsletters: Company-wide updates, achievements, announcements
   - FAQ: Clear Q&A format with concise answers
   - Status Reports: Metrics, milestones, timeline updates

3. **Tone and Style**
   - Professional but accessible
   - Concise and scannable
   - Action-oriented where applicable
   - Appropriate level of detail for audience

4. **Structure**
   - Clear headers and sections
   - Bullet points for easy scanning
   - Highlight key takeaways
   - Include next steps or calls to action

## Error Handling
