Not every category deserves the same play.
## Step 1 — Build the spend picture
Spend and supplier count for the category (§3 #5).
## Step 2 — Score supply risk
Supply-market complexity, switching cost, single-source exposure.
## Step 3 — Place on the matrix
Leverage, strategic, bottleneck, or non-critical (§3 #1).
## Step 4 — Match the play
Auction/leverage, partner, secure supply, or simplify/automate.
## Output
A Kraljic placement and a matched sourcing play for the category.
