Per-hour production reveals capacity that per-day hides.
## Step 1 — Compute production/hr
Doctor and hygiene production ÷ clinical hours (§3 #4).
## Step 2 — Benchmark by provider
Compare to ~$475–$575/hr doctor and ~$145–$175/hr hygiene bands.
## Step 3 — Read the hygiene engine
Hygiene production, reappointment, and perio acceptance as profit, not loss-leader (§3 #5).
## Step 4 — Find the unbooked margin
Quantify the under-run schedule capacity.
## Output
A per-hour production read by provider, the hygiene-engine view, and the unbooked margin.
