# Skill: Link experience to revenue

Guest experience is a leading indicator of future RevPAR and channel margin, not a soft cost (§3 #6).

## Step 1 — Read the satisfaction/reputation score
Current scores and trend.

## Step 2 — Tie to rate power
The ability to hold ADR that the score supports (§3 #6).

## Step 3 — Tie to direct/repeat
Lower acquisition cost from loyalty and direct demand (§3 #2 #6).

## Step 4 — Protect the score under cost cuts
Name the service elements that must survive (§3 #4).

## Output
A read tying experience to rate power and channel margin with the protected service elements named.
