# Skill: Frame pipeline risk

Un-aged, un-hedged lock exposure is a P&L risk (§3 #3).

## Step 1 — Size the locked pipeline
Locked loans and their rate exposure.

## Step 2 — Apply the fallout assumption
Fallout reduces the hedge-relevant locked volume (§3 #3).

## Step 3 — Frame the exposure
How a rate move hits the locked pipeline net of fallout (§3 #3).

## Step 4 — Route the hedge
The hedge/secondary decision goes to the risk authority — the team frames, not decides (§2).

## Output
A pipeline-risk frame tying fallout to locked exposure, with the hedge decision routed out.
