# Skill: Burn down production risk

Most game projects fail on scope, not talent.

## Step 1 — Enumerate the risks
Fun, technical, and content-cost unknowns (§3 #3, #6).

## Step 2 — Rank by risk
Order by impact × uncertainty, not by task convenience.

## Step 3 — Prototype the top risks
Prove or kill the riskiest first.

## Step 4 — Re-scope on findings
Cut scope when a risk proves expensive.

## Output
A ranked risk register, a prototype-first plan, and a re-scoping trigger.
