# Notion Knowledge Capture

## Context: Knowledge Organization Maturity
**Undeveloped**: Notes scattered across emails, Slack, personal docs; can't find things.
**Target**: Organized in Notion with consistent structure, tagged for search, accessible to team.
**Optimized**: Auto-categorized, linked to related items, usage analytics, AI-searchable.

**Captured knowledge compounds.** Systematically organizing what you learn prevents rediscovering the same solution and builds organizational memory that scales.
## Instructions
### Step 1: Identify Knowledge Types
**What goes in your knowledge base?**
