# Skill Map

Use this skill to route a request to the right existing skill fast.

## When to Activate

- the user says the skills repo feels too big or messy
- the user wants one index for all skills
- the user asks which skill fits a task
- the user wants to compare similar skills before creating a new one
- the user wants to know whether a new skill already exists in another form

## Process

1. Identify the user intent in one line.
2. Search for existing skills with the same job.
3. Compare overlap by scope, trigger, and output.
4. Return one of:
   - `use existing skill`
   - `merge into existing skill`
   - `new skill needed`
5. If new skill is needed, name the missing gap in one sentence.

## Output Shape

- best matching skill(s)
- nearest overlap
- recommendation
- gap, if any

## Anti-Overlap

- Not `skill-stocktake`: that skill audits quality of installed skills.
- Not `config-gc`: that skill cleans dead config and stale entries.
- Not `strategic-compact`: that skill suggests when to compact context.

## Exemplo

```text
"Qual skill revisa meus hooks?": intent em 1 linha → busca (hookify-rules vs rules-to-hooks-auditor)
Compara escopo/trigger/output → use existing (hookify-rules) — gap: nenhum
Evita criar a 460ª skill duplicada antes de checar o índice
```

Caveman

Ultra-compressed communication mode. Cuts token usage ~75% by speaking like caveman while keeping full technical accuracy. Supports intensity levels: lite, full (default), ultra, wenyan-lite, wenyan-full, wenyan-ultra. Use when user says "caveman mode", "talk like caveman", "use caveman", "less tokens", "be brief", or invokes /caveman. Also auto-triggers when token efficiency is requested.

Hyperplan

Adversarial multi-agent planning skill. Self-orchestrates 5 hostile category members (unspecified-low, unspecified-high, deep, ultrabrain, artistry) via team-mode for ruthless cross-critique debate, distills only the defensible insights, then MANDATORILY hands the distilled insight bundle to the `plan` agent for executable plan formalization. Use when planning needs maximum rigor and surfacing of weak assumptions, blind spots, and over-engineering. Triggers: 'hyperplan', 'hpp', '/hyperplan', ...

Mcp Code Execution

Routes multi-tool workflows through MCP servers for large datasets and pipelines. Use when Bash tool overhead is limiting throughput on data-heavy tasks.

catchup

Recovers prior coding-agent session context by running `catchup <agent> --since-compact`, which extracts a clean summary of a previous Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity, OpenCode, or Pi Agent session. Use when the user says "catch up", "what did the last session do", "get me up to speed", "I switched agents", or asks to recover/summarize a previous session before continuing. Do NOT use for the current conversation, git history, or any non-agent log.
