Grill With Docs

ASecurity

Use when the user runs /grill-with-docs to stress-test an idea AND record settled decisions in project docs. Triggers on "grila e documenta", "decisões no docs". Same one-question-at-a-time interview as /grill, but after each answer writes a structured decision record (decision, rationale, rejected alternatives) into a DECISIONS file. Does NOT implement.

## 1. Local do registro

## 2. Formato de cada registro

Para cada DECISÃO decida-se, grave:

```
## DECISÃO: <título curto> (2026-MM-DD)
**Decisão**
<o que foi decidido>
**Racional**
<porquê — o tradeoff que pesou>
**Alternativas rejeitadas**
1. <alternativa> — motivo da rejeição
2. <alternativa> — motivo da rejeição
**Critério de validação**
<como saberemos que a decisão foi certa>
```

## 3. Fluxo

1. Ancore no workspace (leia arquivos e o `DECISIONS.md` atual).
2. Faça UMA pergunta forçando decisão.
3. Após resposta, escreva/atualize o registro no documento.
4. Siga para o próximo tópico (objetivo → escopo → restrições → riscos → validação).

## 4. Salvaguardas

Hyperplan

Adversarial multi-agent planning skill. Self-orchestrates 5 hostile category members (unspecified-low, unspecified-high, deep, ultrabrain, artistry) via team-mode for ruthless cross-critique debate, distills only the defensible insights, then MANDATORILY hands the distilled insight bundle to the `plan` agent for executable plan formalization. Use when planning needs maximum rigor and surfacing of weak assumptions, blind spots, and over-engineering. Triggers: 'hyperplan', 'hpp', '/hyperplan', ...

catchup

Recovers prior coding-agent session context by running `catchup <agent> --since-compact`, which extracts a clean summary of a previous Codex, Claude Code, Antigravity, OpenCode, or Pi Agent session. Use when the user says "catch up", "what did the last session do", "get me up to speed", "I switched agents", or asks to recover/summarize a previous session before continuing. Do NOT use for the current conversation, git history, or any non-agent log.
