## Quick Start
**If you need to analyze a session:** Read the transcript, extract metrics, identify patterns, and summarize findings.

## Session Data Structure

### Transcript Format
Each line is a JSON message:

Extract:
- `message.content[].type` - message type (text, tool_use, tool_result)
