## Use When
- Replace with concrete requests that should select the skill.
## Do Not Use When
- Replace with similar requests that belong to another workflow.
- Do not use the reserved `sample-skill` identity in active inventory.
## Procedure
1. Confirm the target, desired outcome, and host workflow.
2. Inspect only the inputs needed for the task.
3. Show approval boundaries before any mutation.
4. Produce the requested artifact and verify its material contract.
5. Report the result, limitations, and safe next action.
## Failure Boundary
Stop when a required input, authority decision, or safe verification path is missing. Do not turn missing
evidence into a capability or support claim.
