Status-Navigator als DD-Werkzeug. Strukturiert eine große disparate Dokumentensammlung in der Transaktion. Vorbereitung der Datenraum-Indexierung für das Targetunternehmen.
## Anwendungsbeispiel
LausitzStorage als hypothetisches DD-Target: 28 Reiter-1-Eintraege werden gegen eine Standard-Renewables-Q&A-Liste gespiegelt; ergeben sich 4 closing-relevante Findings (Anlage 4 Konsortial fehlt, BImSchG-Auflagen unklar, Avalstatus 50Hertz, Cap-Table-Konsistenz) und 7 reporting-relevante Findings (drei Unterschriftsbefunde, ein Beschluss-Formfrage, zwei Kommunikations-Threading-Luecken, ein Vertragsdrift NordCap).
