The Auto-Factory runs headless coding agents, independent stage-1 skeptics, and sealed evaluators on `jeff-ubuntu` (`/linux`).

You **MUST** read the actual coding CLI conversations, transcripts (`~/.claude/projects/`), and live tmux capture panes on `jeff-ubuntu` to prove to yourself and the user that genuine work (reasoning, tool calls, tests run, git commits) is taking place.

## 1. Verify Host & Daemon Health (`/linux` @ `jeff-ubuntu`)

Check that the host is up and the daemon service is actively processing:

## 5. Report Structured Status with Concrete Transcript Proof

Every factory status update MUST include:
1. **Host & Daemon State**: Uptime, load, and daemon task count.
2. **PR / Bead Matrix**: Full Markdown links (`🟢 [PR #<N>](url) [OPEN]`), branch names, and lifecycle states (`ATTESTED`, `RE_ROLL`, `DISPATCHED`).
3. **Verified Conversation Snippets**: Direct quotes from the Skeptic, Evidence Reviewer, or MiniMax coder transcripts proving whether tests passed, bugs were detected, or evidence was uploaded.
4. **Actionable Next Steps**: What the auto-factory is executing next autonomously.
