# Storyweaver Story Bible

Use this skill when a creative brief exists and the story needs a durable foundation before outlining or drafting.

## Coordinates

- Primary agent: World And Character Architect
- Supporting agent: Narrative Research Weaver, when sources are requested
- Supporting agent: Continuity Keeper
- Supporting agent: Cultural Protocol Steward, when relevant

## Required Reading Order

1. `creative-brief.md`
2. `constraints.md`
3. `research/research-pack.md`, if present
4. `research/source-ledger.md`, if present
5. `protocol-notes.md`, if present
6. `state.md`

## Workflow

1. Confirm brief route is `continue` or accepted.
2. Build the story promise, theme, counter-theme, premise, conflict, stakes, and ending orientation.
3. Create character roster, motivations, wounds, relationships, voice markers, and arc direction.
4. Define setting, world rules, cultural context, symbols, motifs, and recurring images.
5. Separate sourced detail from invented worldbuilding.
6. Initialize `continuity-ledger.md`, `character-arcs.md`, and `relationship-map.md`.
7. Update `state.md`.

- [ ] Character and world state are ledgered.
- [ ] Source-dependent details are marked.
- [ ] `state.md` routes to `storyweaver-outline-and-beats` or a needed review.
