# 商品検索基盤の方式提案

## 状態

提案。開発チームの合意を求める。

## 問題

商品検索が遅い。特に部分一致検索の改善が必要である。

## 提案

方式B（検索専用サービス）を採用する。検索専用サービスに検索用データを反映し、商品検索をそこで処理する。方式Bにより、部分一致検索の高速化を見込む。

検索結果は、最大60秒古いデータを許容する案とする。ただし、この許容は業務側の承認前であり、合意事項として判断を求める。

## 代替案

方式A（既存DB索引の追加）は、別サービスを運用する必要がなく、運用対象を増やさない。一方、部分一致検索は速くならない。

方式Bは部分一致検索を速くできる一方、検索専用サービスの運用が必要であり、DBから検索用データへの反映遅延が生じる。

## 影響

- 検索専用サービスを新たに運用する。
- DBの更新から検索結果への反映に遅延が生じる。
- 最大60秒の古い検索結果を許容する場合、検索結果の即時性を制限する。
- 計測値および費用は未確認である。

## 合意を求める事項

1. 検索専用サービスを別サービスとして運用すること。
2. 検索結果の最大60秒の古さを許容すること。

## 合意後の確認事項

方式Bを採用する場合、反映遅延の監視方法、障害時の検索動作、費用、および性能の計測方法を別途定める。
