## 概要
8月19日09:10、請求検索のエラー増加を検知した。09:17、当番の加藤が直前の変更を戻し、09:22に復旧を確認した。検索失敗は340件だったが、決済への影響はなかった。
## 原因
DB接続枯渇が原因と考えている。ただし、ログの確認は未完了であり、原因は確定していない。
