### 背景
商品検索が遅い。検索性能を改善する方式を選定し、次の2点について合意する。
- 検索専用の別サービスを運用するか
- 検索結果の最大60秒の遅延を許容するか
計測値と費用は未取得である。
### 方式比較
| 方式 | 利点 | 懸念 |
|---|---|---|
| A：既存DB索引を追加 | 運用対象が増えない | 部分一致は速くならない |
| B：検索専用サービスを導入 | 部分一致が速くなる | 別サービスの運用が必要 |
| B：DBから検索サービスへ反映 | — | 反映遅延が生じる |
### 提案
方式Bを提案する。部分一致を高速化でき、今回の課題に適合するためである。方式Bでは、DBから検索専用サービスへの反映遅延を受け入れる必要がある。
検索結果が最大60秒古くても許容する案を提示する。ただし、これは業務側の承認前であり、未決定である。
### 合意事項
開発チームおよび業務側で、以下を決定する。
1. 検索専用サービスを別サービスとして運用するか
2. 検索結果の最大60秒の古さを許容するか
