# 請求検索エラー増加 ポストモーテム

## 概要
8月19日、請求検索でエラーが増加しました。直前の変更をロールバックし、検知から12分後の09:22に復旧を確認しました。

## 影響
- 検索失敗：340件
- 決済への影響：なし

## タイムライン
- 09:10：請求検索のエラー増加を検知
- 09:17：当番の加藤が直前の変更をロールバック
- 09:22：復旧を確認

## 原因
DB接続枯渇が原因である可能性があります。ただし、ログ確認が未完了のため、根本原因は未確定です。

## 改善課題
- OPS-315：接続数の記録を追加（担当：加藤、期限：8月26日）
- ログを確認し、原因を確定する
