## ポストモーテム：請求検索エラー増加

### 概要
8月19日、請求検索のエラーが増加した。09:17に直前の変更を戻し、09:22に復旧を確認した。検索失敗は340件だったが、決済への影響はなかった。

### 経過
- 09:10　請求検索のエラー増加を検知
- 09:17　当番の加藤が直前の変更を戻した
- 09:22　復旧を確認

### 原因
DB接続枯渇が原因と考えている。ただし、ログの確認は未完了であり、原因は確定していない。

### 対応と課題
- 対応済み：直前の変更を戻した。
- OPS-315：接続数の記録を追加する。担当は加藤、期限は8月26日。
