監視でキャッシュのエラーを確認した場合に使用する。本番環境の対象、再起動コマンド、実行権限は未決定である。

## 検知
監視でキャッシュのエラーを確認する。

## 手順
1. エラーの発生を監視で確認する。
2. キャッシュを再起動する。

## 復旧確認
復旧確認の方法は未決定である。再起動後に確認する監視項目と正常の判定基準を定める必要がある。

## 停止条件
再起動を停止してよい条件は未決定である。再起動前に、実行を中止する条件を定める必要がある。
