# 商品検索基盤の方式変更RFC

## 問題
商品検索が遅く、部分一致検索の速度も改善する必要がある。

## 提案
検索専用サービスを導入する（方式B）。商品データをDBから検索サービスへ反映し、検索結果の鮮度は最大60秒の遅延を許容する。

方式Bは部分一致検索を高速化できる。一方、検索専用サービスの運用が増え、DBからの反映遅延が発生する。

## 代替案
方式Aとして既存DBに索引を追加する。運用対象は増えないが、部分一致検索は速くならない。

## 合意が必要な論点
開発チームと業務側で、次の2点への合意を求める。

- 検索専用サービスを別途運用するか
- 検索結果の最大60秒の遅延を許容するか

現時点では、計測値と費用の情報はない。60秒の遅延は業務側の承認前である。
