# 本番キャッシュ再起動手順（未確定事項あり）

## 目的
監視でエラーを検知した際に、キャッシュを再起動するための手順を定める。

## 実施条件
現時点の資料では「監視でエラーを見たらキャッシュを再起動する」とされている。ただし、停止してよい条件や再起動の判断基準は未確定であるため、単独判断で本番再起動を実施してはならない。責任者または当番の承認を得てから実施する。

## 手順
1. 監視で発生しているエラー、発生時刻、影響範囲を確認する。
2. 責任者または当番の承認を得る。
3. 【未確定】キャッシュの停止・再起動コマンドを実行する。
4. 【未確定】再起動後の状態を確認する。
5. エラーが解消しない場合は、追加操作を行わず、責任者へエスカレーションする。

## 停止してよい条件
未定義。以下を決定するまで、本番キャッシュを停止してはならない。
- 再起動を許可する監視エラーの種類
- 許可時間帯および停止可能時間
- 影響範囲・負荷・切り戻し要否の判断基準
- 承認者

## 復旧確認
確認方法は未定義。少なくとも以下を決定する必要がある。
- キャッシュのプロセスまたはサービスが稼働していること
- 監視エラーが解消したこと
- アプリケーションの主要なリクエストが正常であること
- キャッシュのヒット状況やエラー率が正常値に戻ったこと
- 復旧後の観察時間

## 連絡先・エスカレーション
連絡先は未定義。実施前に、責任者、サービス担当者、インフラ担当者、および障害連絡先を確定すること。

## 実施記録
実施した場合は、監視エラー、承認者、実施時刻、実施者、実行コマンド、結果、復旧確認内容を記録する。
