# 請求検索エラー増加のポストモーテム

## 影響
請求検索に340件の失敗が発生した。決済への影響はなかった。

## 時系列
- 8月19日09:10：運用チームがエラー増加を検知した。
- 09:17：当番の加藤が直前の変更を戻した。
- 09:22：復旧を確認した。

## 原因
DB接続枯渇を原因とする仮説を立てている。ただし、ログ確認は未完了で、原因は確定していない。

## 改善策
- OPS-315で改善課題を追跡する。
- 加藤が8月26日までにDB接続数の記録を追加する。
