# 請求検索エラー増加のポストモーテム

請求検索に340件の失敗が発生した。決済への影響はなかった。

## 時系列
- 8月19日09:10：請求検索のエラー増加を検知。
- 09:17：当番の加藤が直前の変更を戻した。
- 09:22：復旧を確認。

## 原因
DB接続枯渇が原因である可能性はある。ただし、ログを確認できていないため、原因は未確定である。

## 改善策と追跡
- 改善課題：OPS-315
- 接続数の記録を追加する。担当は加藤、期限は8月26日。
