# RFC: 商品検索基盤の方式

## 背景・課題
商品検索が遅く、特に部分一致検索の性能改善が必要である。計測値・費用は現時点で未取得。

## 選択肢
- **方式A：既存DB索引の追加**
  - 長所：別サービスが増えず、運用対象を増やさない。
  - 短所：部分一致検索は高速化しない。
- **方式B：検索専用サービスの導入（提案）**
  - 長所：部分一致検索の高速化が見込める。
  - 短所：別サービスの運用が必要。DBから検索基盤への反映に遅延が生じる。

## 提案
方式Bを採用する。検索結果は最大60秒古くても許容する前提で設計・検討する。ただし、この鮮度要件は業務側の承認前であり、採用条件として確認が必要である。

## 合意が必要な事項
1. 検索専用の別サービスを運用すること。
2. 検索結果の最大60秒の反映遅延を業務上許容すること。

## 未確定事項・次のステップ
- 性能改善効果、運用費用、導入・維持コストを計測・見積もる。
- 業務側から60秒の鮮度許容について承認を得る。
- 合意後、方式Bの詳細設計と反映方式を決定する。
