監視でエラーを検知した場合に、本番キャッシュの再起動を検討する。
## 手順
1. 監視でエラーを確認する。
2. 停止してよい条件を確認する。
3. 定められた再起動コマンドを実行する。
4. 復旧確認方法に従い、サービスの状態を確認する。
5. 復旧しない場合は、定められた連絡先へ連絡する。
