# RFC: 商品検索基盤の方式

## 概要
商品検索の応答が遅いため、検索基盤の方式を決定する。提案は方式B（検索専用サービス）である。

## 選択肢
- **方式A: 既存DB索引の追加**
  - 長所: 別サービスが増えず、運用対象を増やさない。
  - 短所: 部分一致検索の高速化は期待できない。
- **方式B: 検索専用サービスの導入（提案）**
  - 長所: 部分一致検索を高速化できる。
  - 短所: 別サービスの運用が必要で、DBから検索基盤への反映に遅延が生じる。

## 提案
部分一致検索の改善を優先し、方式Bを採用する。検索結果は最大60秒古くても許容する案とする。ただし、この許容について業務側の承認は未取得である。

## 合意が必要な事項
1. 検索専用サービスを別途運用すること。
2. DB更新から検索結果への反映が最大60秒遅れることを許容すること。

## 未確定事項・確認事項
性能改善値、費用、運用負荷は現時点で未計測である。採用前に、部分一致を含む検索性能、反映遅延、運用手順および費用を計測・確認する。

## 判断依頼
開発チームは方式Bと上記2点の合意可否を判断する。業務側には60秒の鮮度許容について承認を依頼する。
