# 請求検索エラー増加のポストモーテム

## 影響
請求検索に340件の失敗が発生した。決済への影響はなかった。

## 経過
- 8月19日09:10：運用チームがエラー増加を検知。
- 09:17：当番の加藤が直前の変更を戻した。
- 09:22：復旧を確認。

## 原因
原因はDB接続枯渇と推測している。ただし、ログ確認は未完了で、確定していない。

## 改善課題
加藤が8月26日までに、DB接続数の記録を追加する。追跡先はOPS-315。
