# 本番キャッシュ再起動手順（未確定事項あり）

## 重要
現在確定している情報は「監視でエラーを見たらキャッシュを再起動する」のみです。再起動コマンド、停止してよい条件、復旧確認方法、連絡先が未確定のため、この手順だけで本番操作を実施してはいけません。運用責任者の承認と、以下の未確定事項の確定が必要です。

## 手順（確定後に使用）
1. 監視アラートの内容、発生時刻、対象サービス・インスタンスを記録する。
2. [連絡先・承認者]へ連絡し、再起動の実施可否を確認する。
3. 次の停止条件に該当しないことを確認する。
   - [停止してよい条件]
   - [停止してはいけない条件]
4. 対象と実行環境を再確認し、承認を得たうえで次のコマンドを実行する。
   ```text
   [再起動コマンド]
   ```
5. コマンドの実行結果と時刻を記録する。
6. [復旧確認方法]に従い、キャッシュが正常化したことを確認する。
7. 復旧しない場合、または影響が拡大した場合は再試行せず、[連絡先・エスカレーション先]へ連絡する。
8. アラート、実施者、承認者、実行コマンド、結果、影響、復旧確認結果を記録する。

## 事前に決める事項
- 再起動コマンドと対象環境
- 再起動を許可する条件・禁止する条件
- 復旧確認の具体的な監視項目・確認時間
- 承認者、当番連絡先、障害時のエスカレーション先
- 再起動失敗時の中止条件と次の対応
