# Attention Reset

## Core principle

Freeze, recall the goal, close irrelevant branches, choose the highest-value remaining action, and resume without making the reset another loop.

## Procedure

1. Freeze new searches and edits.
2. Restate objective, completed requirements, remaining requirements, and actual blocker.
3. Classify the current branch.
4. Park optional or unrelated branches with evidence.
5. Reduce active work to one required item.
6. Resume the shortest evidence-producing action.

## Required output

One-line goal, branch classification, parked findings, and one resumed action.

## Limits

Keep the reset concise; WIP returns to 1.

## Common mistakes

Do not open more context during reset or regenerate the whole plan.

## Stop condition

Stop when one objective, one active item, and one direct next action remain.
