# Heritage Supervision and Working Report

This skill provides guidelines for the specialized supervision of heritage restoration construction and the compilation of the mandatory working report (工作報告書).

## 1. Qualifications for Supervision

Supervision personnel for cultural heritage projects must meet specific criteria, often requiring completion of heritage preservation training programs or specific academic backgrounds.

## 2. Key Supervision Responsibilities

- **Traditional Craftsman Verification**: Ensuring the contractor employs certified traditional artisans for specific heritage crafts.
- **Hidden Conditions Management**: If hidden damages or unexpected historical features are revealed during dismantling, the supervision architect must halt work and propose design changes.
- **Material Tracking**: Ensuring that original salvageable materials are reused where possible, and new materials match original specifications.

## 3. Working Report (工作報告書) Structure

The Working Report is a critical archival document. It must include:
