# Skill: Ecosystem Watcher

> Vigilancia continua del ecosistema. Sin esto, cada vez que Savia necesita "estado del arte" alguien tiene que rehacer la investigación desde cero. SPEC-146.

## When to use

## Inputs

- Watch list: `docs/rules/domain/ecosystem-watch-list.yaml`.
- Último snapshot timestamp: leído de `.savia-memory/ecosystem-snapshots/last-run.txt`.

## Workflow

1. **Cargar watch list** YAML con repos + docs.
2. **Para cada repo GitHub**:
   - `gh api repos/{owner}/{name}/commits?since={last_run}` → contar commits.
   - `gh api repos/{owner}/{name}/releases` → listar releases nuevos.
   - Guardar snapshot en `.savia-memory/ecosystem-snapshots/{slug}-{YYYY-MM}.md`.
3. **Para cada docs URL**:
   - `WebFetch` la URL.
   - Diff contra snapshot anterior si existe.
   - **Low**: ruido informativo.
5. **Generar informe** `output/research-skills-update-{YYYY-MM}.md`.
6. **Anotar** una línea en `output/ecosystem-watcher-history.jsonl`.

## Fail-safe

- Repo inaccesible → log warning + skip, no abortar.

## Output schema

```markdown
# Ecosystem watch — YYYY-MM
## High signal (acción recomendada)
- [repo/source]: descripción + ref a SPEC afectado
## Medium signal (informativo)
- ...
## Low signal (ruido)
- ...
## Stats
- repos checked: N
- repos failed: N
- docs checked: N
```

## Anti-patterns

- **NO** abrir PRs automáticos basados en hallazgos.
- **NO** modificar specs PROPOSED — solo cross-reference.

## Acceptance Criteria

Ver `docs/propuestas/SPEC-146-awesome-repos-monthly-watcher.md`.

Hyperplan

Adversarial multi-agent planning skill. Self-orchestrates 5 hostile category members (unspecified-low, unspecified-high, deep, ultrabrain, artistry) via team-mode for ruthless cross-critique debate, distills only the defensible insights, then MANDATORILY hands the distilled insight bundle to the `plan` agent for executable plan formalization. Use when planning needs maximum rigor and surfacing of weak assumptions, blind spots, and over-engineering. Triggers: 'hyperplan', 'hpp', '/hyperplan', ...

catchup

Recovers the conversation and failed tool calls of a previous Codex, Amp, Claude Code, Antigravity, Cline, Copilot CLI, Cursor, DeepSeek Harness, Grok Build, Kimi, OpenCode, Pi Agent, or ZCode session. Use when the user says "catch up", "what did the last session do", "get me up to speed", "I switched agents", asks to recover/summarize a previous session before continuing, or asks to diagnose or report a catchup failure. Do NOT use for the current conversation, git history, or any non-agent log.
