## Instructions

When you point me to a folder or ask me to review recent meetings:

1.  **Identify Sources**: I will look for files that appear to be meeting notes or transcripts.
2.  **Extract Key Information**:
    - **Decisions**: Explicit agreements made by the team.
    - **Action Items**: formatted as `[ ] Owner: Task (Due: Date)`.
    - **Open Issues**: Questions that were raised but not answered.
3.  **Format Output**:
    - I will produce a clean Markdown report.
    - I will group items by topic or workstream, not just chronologically.
