# Weekly calendar triage
Run Sunday evening or Monday before 9, against data/calendar.ics.
1. **Deep work first.** Block two 2-hour focus windows before anything else claims them. They are appointments with the most important work.
2. **Zombie sweep.** Find recurring meetings that produced nothing the last two times. Decline, shorten to 15 minutes, or send a note instead.
3. **Load balance.** If any day holds more than 4 hours of meetings, move something. A fully-meeting day costs the next morning too.
4. **One buffer.** Keep one empty hour mid-week for whatever explodes.
Output: the two protected blocks, the kill list, and the rebalanced week.
