# Monday brief
Run Monday morning across ALL domains, not just this one.
1. **Top three.** From every domain's goals and open tasks: the three things that matter most this week. Three, not seven.
2. **Open decisions.** List decisions waiting on me (from each domain's decision ledgers and open-loops.md). For each: what is blocking it and the cheapest way to unblock.
3. **Dropped on purpose.** Name what will NOT get attention this week, so it is a choice rather than a surprise.
4. **One risk.** The single thing most likely to blow up the week, and the pre-emptive move.
Output: the brief in four short sections, readable in two minutes.
