# Meeting prep brief
Run the hour before a meeting that actually matters.
1. **The point.** From the invite on data/calendar.ics and prior threads, state the one decision or outcome this meeting must produce. If there isn't one, it should have been a memo.
2. **Context in hand.** Pull the relevant history (last meeting's notes, open loops, the numbers that will come up) so you aren't reconstructing it live.
3. **Your position.** Write where you stand and the one thing you need from the room. Decide your position before, not during.
4. **Open questions.** List the two or three questions only this meeting can answer. Lead with them so the time isn't eaten by status.
Output: a one-screen brief, the decision, your position, the questions, and your single ask.

Ultra-compressed communication mode. Cuts token usage ~75% by speaking like caveman while keeping full technical accuracy. Supports intensity levels: lite, full (default), ultra, wenyan-lite, wenyan-full, wenyan-ultra. Use when user says "caveman mode", "talk like caveman", "use caveman", "less tokens", "be brief", or invokes /caveman. Also auto-triggers when token efficiency is requested.
