# Emergency prep check
Run twice a year, the calm before, not the scramble after.
1. **Safety devices.** Against data/maintenance-log.csv, confirm smoke and CO detectors tested, fire extinguisher in date, batteries fresh. Schedule any that lapsed this week.
2. **Supplies.** Verify the basics for a few days without power or water, water, food, flashlight, first aid, meds, cash. List what's missing or expired.
3. **Shutoffs and contacts.** Confirm everyone knows where the water, gas, and electrical shutoffs are, and that the emergency contact and utility numbers are written down, not just in one phone.
4. **Documents.** Check that insurance policies, IDs, and the home inventory are backed up and reachable if the house isn't. Note the gap.
Output: the device and supply gaps to fix, the shutoff/contact card, and the document backup status.

Ultra-compressed communication mode. Cuts token usage ~75% by speaking like caveman while keeping full technical accuracy. Supports intensity levels: lite, full (default), ultra, wenyan-lite, wenyan-full, wenyan-ultra. Use when user says "caveman mode", "talk like caveman", "use caveman", "less tokens", "be brief", or invokes /caveman. Also auto-triggers when token efficiency is requested.
