# Claim filing walkthrough
Run immediately after any loss or incident.
1. **Evidence before cleanup.** Photos, video, receipts, serial numbers, police or incident report numbers. Document, then mitigate further damage.
2. **Policy read.** Pull the relevant policy from data/policies.csv: coverage limit, deductible, exclusions, and the filing deadline. Note all four.
3. **The call.** Report facts, not conclusions. Dates, what happened, what was damaged. Do not speculate about fault or value on the first call.
4. **Paper trail.** Log every contact: date, name, claim number, what was said. Follow up in writing.
Output: the evidence checklist, the four policy numbers, and the call script.

Ultra-compressed communication mode. Cuts token usage ~75% by speaking like caveman while keeping full technical accuracy. Supports intensity levels: lite, full (default), ultra, wenyan-lite, wenyan-full, wenyan-ultra. Use when user says "caveman mode", "talk like caveman", "use caveman", "less tokens", "be brief", or invokes /caveman. Also auto-triggers when token efficiency is requested.
