**When to use.** When the user wants partners, creators, or existing customers to drive sales on commission as a scalable Do-stage acquisition channel.

**Procedure (stub).** Decide partner type: content creators (audience-borrowed reach), industry operators (trust-borrowed referrals), or customer referrals (warm-pool expansion). Spec commission structure (flat fee, percentage, tiered), payout cadence, cookie window, and creative-asset kit (swipe copy, banners, demo links — Copy and Brand produce; you spec). Set quality gates — affiliate fraud and brand-mismatch are the failure modes. Measure by partner LTV (revenue per partner over 12 months) and incremental revenue (geo-holdout test to confirm partners drive new customers rather than intercepting existing ones). Coordinate with Forge on margin envelope before locking commission terms.

**Status.** Default tier: user-toggle. Full procedure deferred to Phase 2. Until then, the channel-strategy skill handles cross-channel decisions.
