# Policy Briefing

Use this scene pack before the generic workflow when the request is a new policy or compliance deck.

## Route when

## Defaults

- Audience bias: legal, compliance, policy, product stakeholders
- Page budget: 8-14 pages, default 10
- Style preset: `business`
- Delivery default: `prompt_bundle_only`
- Story arc: `anchor -> proof -> bridge -> proof -> closing`

## Required sections

## Evidence bias

- primary regulatory sources first
- every time-sensitive rule should show explicit dates
